1 How many solicitors work in the Trust?
2 How many of these are actual employees of the Trust and how many are working under other schemes such as agency workers, self employment etc.?
3 Have all solicitors employed by the Trust been employed under the terms of Agenda for Change?
4 Have the solicitors employed under the terms of Agenda for Change been banded under the national profile of "Solicitor Consultant" or has other profiles/evaluations been used?
5 Which Agenda for Change pay bands have been used for solicitors employed by the Trust?
6 How many of these solicitors work in litigation?

1. There are no Solicitors directly employed with the Trust, however the interim Litigation Manager is a Solicitor but has not been employed in this role.
2. The interim Litigation Manager is from an agency for a fixed term.
