Q 1:Please see enclosure 01 for the IM&T Strategy. This document is currently in draft form, due to be considered for approval by the Trust next month.

Q 2: I have attached the most recent IM&T structure (enclosure 02). Please note that the post of Head of Informatics has been disestablished and the role now falls within the duties of the Director of IM&T

Q 3 & 4: The Trust's corporate structure, Annual Reports and Business Plan are available through our website.
