I have attached a structure chart for the Finance Department, which gives the relevant job titles. The current Acting Director of Finance is Mr Eric Gardiner (telephone number 01228 814050).
The Trust does not have an ICT department, but I have attached the Trust's IM&T structure (enclosure 02). Please note that the post of Head of Informatics has been disestablished and the role now falls within the duties of the Director of IM&T, Mr Mark Thomas (01228 603775).
Procurement Services are provided across three Trusts in Cumbria including our own, and are part of the North West Commercial Contracting Agency. I have enclosed the Procurement Service current structure (enclosure 03). The Head of Procurement Services is Mr Ian Hoyles (01946 523830).
