Annual report
Every year, in line with government recommendations, our Trust publishes an annual report. This covers all aspects of what we do, progress that we have made with delivering our services and includes our financial accounts for any given tax year (April to March).
Annual business plan, targets, aims and objectives
The Trust publishes an annual business plan which sets out our strategy for the coming year. The plan includes information about our performance analyses of the risks we face as we move forward and also sets out our strategic aims and objectives by division for the coming year.
Performance against targets
Information about our performance against targets such as A&E waiting times, 18-weeks and MRSA reduction rates can be found under Our performance.
Clinical governance
The Trust's Governance Committee brings together and monitors all aspects of organisational risk. It is chaired by a Non-Executive Director . The committee reviews information related to clinical risk, claims and complaints. More information is available in our governance section.
Annual health check
Information about our annual health check, including our declarations of compliance, can be found under our compliance and regulation section.
Audit reports
Information about our financial performance (Auditor's Local Evaluation) can be found under our financial governance. Further information on audit reports can be found in our annual reports.
Service user surveys
The Care Quality Commission carries out national surveys of patients to find out about their experience when receiving care and treatment from healthcare organisations. It publishes the results of its surveys on its website:
