Patient information leaflets

Our Trust produces a wide range of leaflets that provide information about its services and about the treatment our patients might receive in our clinics or during their stay in hospital.

PALS

Our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) offers help, support, information and advice to patients and their relatives, friends and carers. The PALS team can help answer any questions you have about our hospital services. We can also provide information about other local NHS, community and support services.

Advice and guidance

Our staff make every effort to answer any questions or concerns our patients have and to ensure their hospital treatment is satisfactory. However, being a patient can be complicated and sometimes confusing, and they may require additional help and support. For on-the-spot help, advice and support, they can get in touch with our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). There is also a wide range of patient support groups associated with our hospitals. The chaplaincy service can also offer emotional and spiritual support. Find out more in our help and support section.
