Welcome to our Trust 

We are the secondary care provider of acute hospital services in north Cumbria and our services are based at the Cumberland Infirmary in Carlisle and the West Cumberland Hospital in Whitehaven. We also have a birthing centre at Penrith Community Hospital. The Care Quality Commission rated the Trust as 'requires improvement' overall following its latest inspection.  Read more here

The next Trust Board meeting held in public will be on Thursday 31 October 2019 at 1pm in the Boardroom, Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle. Please note that Trust Board meetings are held in public but are not public meetings.
