North Cumbria consultant awarded illustrious Fellowship

A North Cumbria University Hospitals (NCUH) consultant has received a prestigious fellowship from the Royal College of Physicians (RCP).

Mr Yogen Jagatsinh, consultant in physical medicine and rehabilitation, has accepted a fellowship from the RCP, who offered the accolade following endorsements from Mr Jagatsinh’s colleagues both locally and nationally recognising his contribution to his profession.

Fellowships are offered on an exclusive basis to physicians who have demonstrated that they go above and beyond.

Mr Jagatsinh attended a fellowship admission ceremony in London to celebrate his achievement and collect his fellowship diploma.

Mr Jagatsinh said: “I’m very honoured to have been nominated for this fellowship, and would like to thank the colleagues who put me forward.”
