Clinical Interests / specialist areas

I have a broad interest in all aspects of knee surgery from young adults, all the way through high level sportsmen and women, younger patients with arthritis and knee replacement either total or partial.

I perform sports and ligament surgery, instability treatment in multiply injured knees, fracture fixation and all arthroscopic techniques including cartilage repair and regeneration.

Research

I have published in areas such as fracture fixation in general orthopaedics, specialist knee ligament reconstruction and general orthopaedic training. I have written several orthopaedic book chapters for surgical trainees. In addition I teach on the Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) course and lecture in surgical skills.
