Cardiology

General introduction

The Cardiology Department has bases at both the Cumberland Infirmary and West Cumberland Hospital, providing a range of invasive and non-invasive investigation on both sites.

What we do

Cumberland Infirmary – ECG, Ambulatory Monitoring, Lung Function Testing, Exercise Testing, Echocardiography (including Stress Echo and Transoesphrageal Echo), Coronary Angiography, Pacemaker Implant and Pacemaker follow-up.

West Cumberland Hospital – ECG, Ambulatory Monitoring, Exercise Testing, Echocardiography (including Paediatric), Coronary Angiography, Pacemaker Implant and Pacemaker Follow-up.
