Orthopaedics

General introduction

Orthopaedic services are provided by the Trauma and Orthopaedic Department at both the Cumberland Infirmary and West Cumberland Hospital, providing a comprehensive range of outpatient, day case and inpatient care on both an elective and emergency basis.

What we do

CIC – General orthopaedic services for both adults and children. Specialist services for upper limb, foot and ankle, hip and knee and soft tissue knee are provided and a comprehensive range of treatments available. Revision hip and knee services are provided.

WCH – General orthopaedic services for both adults and children. Specialist services for upper limb, foot and ankle, and hip and knee are provided and a comprehensive range of treatments available.
