Do you need support with an interpreter?
Our Trust has a support network for patients who may need the support of an interpreter to help guide them through appointments and healthcare.
You are always able to bring a relative or friend with you to help you. The Trust, also provides a service to help with language differences. Please let our staff know if you need this support. You can request this with our appointments team using the telephone number on your appointment letter. If you are unable to find this, just call the clinic you are attending and they can help to arrange an interpreter for you.
Sign Language
The Trust has a contract with like to use this servithe Cumbria Deaf Association to supply sign language interpreters to assist patients and relatives on a 24 hours a day basis. So do let our staff know if you would ce.
