Exit M6 Junction 40, taking the A66 towards Keswick/Workington. Immediately south of Cockermouth, take the A595 to Whitehaven. After the Lillyhall roundabout and dual carriageway, take the bypass road at the next roundabout (second exit) to Whitehaven avoiding Distington. Approaching Whitehaven, do not go into the town centre, follow the A595 (Loop Road) through two sets of traffic lights and take the second left at the roundabout at the bottom of Homewood Hill (signposted West Cumberland Hospital).
From the centre of Carlisle, foloww signs for Workington along Wigton Road and pick up the A595; then follow the directions above as from Cockermouth.

Enter the grounds of West Cumberland Hospital
Turn right and follow the road round the hospital. The road is now a two way system
Pass A&E on the left
Proceed until you reach the University of Cumbria - Education Centre Library on the right hand side
The Cumbrian Clinic is situated directly opposite the University on the left
The entrance to the clinic is via the automatic doors. The Outpatient Reception area is situated on the ground floor
