Help and support

Our staff make every effort to answer any questions or concerns you may have and to ensure your hospital treatment is satisfactory and your experience of our hospitals a good one.

However, being a patient can be complicated and sometimes confusing, and you may require additional help and support.

For on-the-spot help, advice and support, you can get in touch with our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). There is also a wide range of patient support groups associated with our hospitals.

The Chaplaincy Service can also offer emotional and spiritual support during your stay.
