Visiting times

Our hospital wards are busy places. They are a place of work for our doctors and nurses and a place of rest and recuperation for our patients. Please ensure that you only come to visit patients during official visiting times. Our hospitals have one of the lowest rates for MRSA and C difficile and it is vitally important we maintain our high standards. You can help us with this. Please ensure you use the handgels which are placed in all clinical areas and as you enter a ward. Please do not visit when you are feeling unwell. Please ensure that you sit on the chairs provided and not on a patient bed. And please, limit your visits to just two people - it helps our staff.

Please also take a look at our Visitors Charter which will tell you what you can expect from us and what we can expect from you.
